Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing (marielle@foreverfemmeshop.com).

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments, excluding any delivery costs, that we have received from you within fourteen days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires. 

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
